Magenta Systems, LLC hires people who show up, work clean, and take ownership of the job. The work is outside plant and fiber across NC, SC, VA, PA, NY, NJ, and MD, in Engineering, Aerial, Underground, and Splicing and Testing.

Nobody at Magenta learns on a customer's plant. New technicians train in the lab, on live equipment, until they know it. Then they go to the field.
